Online Terms and Conditions for www.roofguard.us

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.roofguard.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the services.


2. Membership Plans and Services

RTR Consulting LLC offers three membership plans:

  • a) Single-Level Residence Package ($39 Monthly)
  • b) Dual-Level Dwelling Package ($49 Monthly)
  • c) Triple-Level Residence Package ($59 Monthly)

Each plan includes specific services as outlined on our website. Services are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to members.


3. Membership Duration and Fees

  • 3.1 Membership fees are billed bi-annually and due every six months.
  • 3.2 The membership will automatically renew unless canceled with one month’s notice by the member or RTR Consulting LLC.
  • 3.3 Failure to pay may result in suspension of membership benefits.

4. Membership Activation and Service Eligibility

  • 4.1 Activation Period:
    New members will be subject to a 14-day activation period from the date of subscription, after which comprehensive rooftop evaluation will activate full services.

  • 4.2 Service Eligibility:

    • Full membership benefits, including discounts and priority scheduling, will become active after the 14-day activation period, provided the member’s account is in good standing.
    • Members must have a valid, up-to-date payment method on file to maintain active status and receive full benefits.
  • 4.3 Restrictions:

    • The 20% discount on roofing repair services will not be applicable during the 14-day activation period.
    • During the activation period, members will only have access to the Comprehensive Rooftop Evaluation and Digital Roof Report.
    • Members who cancel and resubscribe within a 90-day period will be subject to a new 14-day activation period and may be required to pay a reactivation fee ($50).
  • 4.4 Exceptions:

    • In cases of severe weather events or emergencies, the company reserves the right to prioritize long-standing members over those in the activation period.
    • The company may, at its discretion, waive the activation period for returning members in good standing.
  • 4.5 Service Limitations:

    • Minor Shingle Replacement and Roof Coating Application services are limited to once per year; additional work is covered by a work order. The entire balance for the work order is due upon completion.
  • 4.6 Communication:

    • All new members will receive a welcome email clearly outlining the activation period, any restrictions, and a scheduling link to make an appointment for the first roof evaluation.
    • Members will be notified via email when their full benefits become active after the first roof evaluation.
  • 4.7 Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes regarding membership activation or eligibility will be handled by our customer service team and resolved on a case-by-case basis.


5. Service Area Limitations

Membership services are limited to specific zip codes. Members should confirm their eligibility based on the location of the premises they are purchasing membership for.


6. User Accounts

  • 6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • 6.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • 7.1 Cancellation before work begins:
    If the customer cancels the agreement prior to the start of work, they will be liable for 25% of the total agreement price as liquidated damages. This fee covers our costs for initial inspections, material ordering, and scheduling.

  • 7.2 Cancellation timeframe:
    Customers must provide written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the first scheduled inspection.

  • 7.3 Refunds:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the first scheduled inspection will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first scheduled inspection will receive a partial refund; we reserve the right to keep 25% as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% fee on any deposits paid.
  • 7.4 Method of cancellation:
    All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and/or [email protected]. No request will be accepted if sent to any other Company contact method.

  • 7.5 Termination for choosing the wrong membership:
    In case we recognize the wrong subscription chosen, we are allowed at our discretion to upgrade, downgrade, or terminate the subscription.


8. Service Limitations

  • 8.1 Services are limited to those explicitly listed in the membership plan.
  • 8.2 Additional services or repairs beyond those included in the membership will be charged separately based on a work order; any balance is due upon completion.
  • 8.3 The 20% discount on roofing repair services applies only to labor and does not include discounts on materials.

9. Scheduling and Availability

  • 9.1 While priority scheduling is offered, service times may vary based on demand, weather conditions, and membership level.
  • 9.2 Emergency tarp service is subject to weather conditions and crew availability for those who didn’t opt-in for the service mentioned.

10. Member Responsibilities

  • 10.1 Members must provide safe access to their roof and property for service technicians.
  • 10.2 Members are responsible for informing RTR Consulting LLC of any known issues or concerns prior to scheduled services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on www.roofguard.us is the property of RTR Consulting LLC and protected by copyright laws.


12. Limitation of Liability

RTR Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RTR Consulting LLC harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these terms.


14. Modifications to Terms

RTR Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.


15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.


16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through:

  • a. Good faith negotiations
  • b. Mediation (if negotiations fail)
  • c. Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)

17. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which has been sent to your email provided.

19. Exclusive Roofing Services

  • 19.1 RTR Consulting LLC maintains the exclusive right to perform all roofing work on member properties. Members agree that only RTR Consulting LLC or its authorized representatives may access, inspect, or perform work on their roof.
  • 19.2 If, after a consultation with RTR Consulting LLC regarding necessary roof repairs or services, a member disagrees with the proposed solution or pricing, they may seek services from another roofing provider. However, RTR Consulting LLC will not provide any warranty or guarantee for work performed by third-party contractors.
  • 19.3 Members must get written confirmation from RTR Consulting LLC before allowing any third party to access or perform work on their roof. Failure to do so will result in membership termination. RTR Consulting LLC cannot be held responsible for any damages, issues, or complications arising from third-party work. Areas of the roof affected by third-party work will be excluded from RTR Consulting LLC’s warranty coverage.
  • 19.4 RTR Consulting LLC reserves the right to refuse service if unauthorized parties have accessed or performed work on a member’s roof during the term of their membership.

20. Assignment of Insurance Benefits

It is the owner’s intention to—and the owner hereby expressly does—assign any and all insurance rights, benefits, proceeds, and any cause of action under applicable insurance policies to Precision Public Adjusting Company (PPA) for services rendered or to be rendered. This assignment is made in consideration of RTR’s agreement to perform services and supply materials and otherwise perform its obligations under this contract, including not requiring full payment at the time of service. The owner also directs any insurance carriers to release all information requested by PPA or its representatives for the direct purpose of obtaining actual benefits to be paid by the insurance carrier(s).


21. Agreement

I, the owner of the premises, authorize RTR Consulting LLC to enter my property, furnish materials, supply all equipment, and perform all labor necessary to preserve and protect my property from further damage.
